We minimize the risk of buying art by working with reputable institutions and galleries, verifying the work’s authenticity, and arranging proper framing, shipping, insurance, storage and conservation. Our services continue after your artwork is installed. We work with well-respected, industry-renowned appraisers and conservators to help you maintain your acquisitions and assess their value.  In addition we assist in arranging loans and donations to museums and other institutions.

Outreach

In addition to our consulting services, AK Art engages in many facets of the art world. We take on various curatorial projects as well as other arts related projects that promote the arts and support artists.  We have organized art benefits to support non-profit institutions and have curated various exhibitions. AK Art Director, Alya Poplawsky, is frequently asked to share her expertise by speaking on panels, giving lectures, contributing to arts publications, and serving as a juror and judge evaluating artworks for exhibitions.
